Alternate Ideas:If you wish to try the other ideas, substitute the zucchini with either: 2 banana’s, 2 cups of chocolate chips, 4 large carrots, 1-1/2 cups of blueberries, or 1 can of pumpkin. You can also mix these ingredients to make an even tastier treat. Add walnuts to your zucchini or carrots, mix the blueberries with the banana, or add raisins with your pumpkin. This recipe is just a step stool to a varying degree of possibilities for your taste buds! Total dishes dirtied: large bowl, small bowl, measuring cup, tablespoon, grater, mixing fork and bread pan (if it isn’t the foil kind).
