Creamy and delicious, this gluten free green bean casserole is sure to be the hit of your holidays. Even guests who aren't on a gluten free diet will want seconds.

A gluten free diet can cause people to feel left out on the holidays. Many of the traditional favorites contain gluten, reducing the gluten free diner to going without. This gluten free green bean casserole will ensure that everyone at the table will have plenty to eat. It is easy to make and tastes just like “normal food”.

The gluten free flour called for in this recipe is used as a binding agent for the sour cream. Since the addition of any kind of starch will keep the sour cream from curdling, any kind of gluten free flour will work. Try adding a small boost of fiber by adding a gluten free whole grain flour. If there is no gluten free flour on hand, corn starch will work as well. If corn starch is used, mix it into the sour cream before adding it to the butter.
