A great way to receive the best scrumptious recipes from an innovative exchange via email without spending a dime and only utilizing a few minutes of your time!

We are all busy in this chaotic society trying to do it all: working to make ends meet,, maintaining our homes, paying bills, taking care of children/loved ones, studying, attending mandatory meetings/events, sustaining our health care needs, exercising for fitness, running day-to-day errands, keeping up email correspondence, attempting to save money and planning necessary meals for ourselves and/or families. Needless-to-say, life can become one big chore with little time for relaxation and enjoyment as it oftentimes becomes a vicious cycle. Well, presently, you can ease the strain a bit by taking part in a resourceful “Recipe Exchange” where favorite dishes from your friends, family and friendly strangers can be delivered directly to your inbox with little effort. There will be no need to waste precious time fumbling through old recipe cards, searching online or buying expensive books as an innovative “Recipe Rendezvous” has emerged and is taking the internet by storm.

Now, anyone can take part in this innovative email method of obtaining recipes to build and save in a collection that will be filled with diverse delectable dishes.

The best of the best will be at your fingertips whenever you are pressed for time or for that special occasion. The beauty of this concept is that the recipes will be coming from people you trust. Most associations of these people will be of like mind as well so you are guaranteed some very delicious assortments of meals, desserts and appetizers that will please the palette coming from the top of their cuisine lists.

Let us get started on this exciting “Foodie” adventure. Here are the simple instructions to follow to kick-start your “server” to “serve” you up some exemplary edibles that may even become a tradition for you and your family.

Please cut & paste the following paragraph "Recipe Exchange" to a new email message:

“You have been invited to be a part of a recipe exchange. You only need to send one e-mail. I hope you will participate. Please send a recipe to the person whose name is in position #1 below (even if you don't know them). It should be something quick and easy, with no rare ingredients. Actually, the best one is the one you know in your head and can type right now.

Don't agonize over it, the recipe you choose is the one you make when you are short of time.

After you've sent your recipe to the person in position #1 below, and only to that person, copy this letter into a new e-mail, move my name to the #1 position, and put your name in position #2. Only your name and mine should show when you send your email. Send to 20 friends. If you cannot do this within 5 days, let me know so it will be fair to those participating.

You should receive 36 recipes. It's fun to see where they come from!

Seldom does anyone drop out because we all need new ideas. The turnaround is fast as there are only 2 names on the list and you only do this once.

1. (very good friend/relative’s email address)

2. (Your email address)”

Once you have accumulated a significant amount of recipes, you can copy them and be creative. Buy some inexpensive materials and supplies to make a Cookbook/Recipe Box that you will treasure forever! Your personal recipe book/box will also make a great Holiday, Birthday or Mother’s Day gift for someone special.

The tools are in place to develop an E-mail Recipe Box/Cookbook. It is up to you to take a few minutes to initiate this fun and effective task to save money and time.

Bon Appetite!
