You know a southern girl has to click on pulled pork. I make mine similar and in the crock pot during the winter. When it's warmer, I go whole hog (pun intended) and smoke it outside and then pull it. Hard to beat it either way!

Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you enjoyed the Pulled Pork recipe. I've gotten fond of Pulled Pork ever since I tasted it in a restaurant up north (I hope someday to sample the real thing down south) and loved the taste of it.
